This was a great class that was really structured to help adult learners understand and begin to speak the language. My wife (very beginner) and I (a bit past true beginner) both benefitted a lot from the course. Ben Jorgensen is a great teacher - very encouraging and supportive. It is a relaxed setting where the students can ask lots of questions and do not need to feel intimidated. It is a great option for wanting to learn Spanish after their young adult years.

Just do it, jump in..you’ll be glad you did! I spent months studying different class options I hoped would help me reclaim the Spanish I learned decades ago on my LDS mission.

As others have mentioned: Profe Jorgensen is a kind and thoughtful educator and truly loves teaching Spanish, the class recording is clutch, the “ask any question“ policy is sincere, class members are kind and supportive, the homework is doable and reinforcing of concepts taught during lessons, and…you can do this too!

This class is wonderful. I'm on my 3rd semester of classes and I look forward to the classes each week. Professor Jorgensen is so respectful and he encourages a very uplifting, respectful, and friendly class atmosphere. You don't have to worry about asking a "stupid" question, because in his opinion, there are no stupid questions. You can feel that he genuinely cares about teaching Spanish to us and in fact, it feels like he treats it as a sacred responsibility to do so.

I highly recommend these adult Spanish classes. Profe Jorgensen is an amazing teacher. He is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. His classes are fun and a great way to learn. He is always encouraging us to ask and answer questions. I have improved my ability to speak and understand Spanish, thanks to Profe.

I can honestly say that I learned more in this semester class than I did in taking 3 years of Spanish in high school and college. Profe Jorgenson is exceptional in his role. Every student is treated with respect and he is awesome in answering questions. I wholeheartedly would recommend this class from this Professor.

Online learning in classes has often been difficult for me in the past. However, with this class, I found that with the use of technology, clarity of teaching and excellence of the teacher, I was able to learn and really enjoy my online Spanish classes.

This class is exceptional. Profe Jorgensen teaches with clarity, flexibility, and patience. I have taken several Spanish classes over the years, and this one has topped them all. Profe has designed courses starting with the very beginner, to the more advanced, and everything in between.

Taking these courses has helped me gain the confidence I needed to start speaking Spanish and I am excited to take the next Spanish Conversation courses.
